NPHS was established in 2010 by Jack and Rachel Petrick. While practicing in the medical field, they saw an acute need within the medical community to better serve the needs of patients. This prompted them to found an innovative company that would serve the patients, families, physicians, and facilities, providing them with increased value and decreased cost.

Through hard work and careful planning, NPHS’ success has been truly astounding. A reduced number of expensive hospital admits, improved patient satisfaction and improved nursing home reputations have been postmarks of their success.
